Quality Work, Quick Response Reasonable RatesThere has been a lot going on at JL Tree Service Inc lately, here are a few items that we have been working on:
- Sean Lewett, one of our Certified Arborists & Certified Tree Care Safety Professional is working diligently on the items to become accredited. He is making great progress and says that the company should be accredited before the end of the year! Sean says, “The TCIA Accreditation is a great step forward to ensure that we are doing the proper functions that we should be doing to maintain a culture of safety and professionalism”.
- Steve Edwards & Jose Alvarado, long time JL Tree Estimators are working on becoming ISA Certified Arborists to be added list along with the other 3 Certified Arborists on staff currently.
- VOSH inspection report items – Per our voluntary site visit, Joe Eastridge our shop manager is working diligently on fixing all of the items that came back on our report. Once complete, we should be operating the way we should!
- Sean Lewett and Mike Mayeux went to the MAC-ISA Safety Day in Arlington today and expressed that it was a fantastic event. Both learned a great deal including chainsaw safety from a Stihl event, Crane safety from Mead Tree Care, and force impact demonstration on lowering wood with a hand line from Bartlett. These important lessons will be included in our next safety meeting.
- Our advertising efforts have been focused on our 15% Off offering if customers have their work completed from Dec 1 – March 31.
- Our owner is working on purchasing a new crane and a new bucket truck to keep our fleet up to date
