JL Tree Service had a recent Ethics Safety Meeting.  All company’s should have occasional business ethics meetings.  This is the one area that is pretty much uniform across all industries.  Employees of any company should always make business ethics at the top of their value system.  Conforming to good ethics within a business or personally will always leads to a good reputation and success.

On January 27, 2012, JL Tree Service Inc’s Certified Tree Care Professional Sean Lewett held an ethics meeting for all staff members. Sean felt that it was such a strong safety meeting with much attention, it is worthy to publish his self created ethics chart!

Follow this chart.  If you instill the values on the left side of this chart into your organization, you are likely to build a good reputation.  On the contrary, if a company has bad values or principles within its organization, then it is likely to be on the path of building a poor reputation.
